BUYING AND SELLING SHARES
To invest in our funds, you must purchase shares of the fund you are interested in. Each share costs N250 Share prices do not fluctuate.
Please note that each fund has a no-sale period or a period within which you will not be able to sell or exchange shares.
You may purchase additional shares of fund at any time after the initial purchase. Please keep in mind that if the subsequent purchase exceeds 50% of the initial purchase, the start of the no-sale period will be reset to the date of the later purchase
People like you and me cannot just go to a stock exchange and buy and sell shares.
Only the members of the stock exchange can. These members are called brokers and they buy and sell shares on our behalf.
So, if you want to start investing in shares, you can do it only through a broker.
Every stockbroker has to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, which is the stock market regulator.
You can either choose a broker or a sub-broker i.e GV Funds (people licensed by brokers to work under them).
